Packed with journalling activities and mind-body work such as guided relaxations, breathwork, visualisations, and mindfulness activities that promote inner awareness, calm, and mind-body-spirit connection.

1 - HERE AND NOW
A simple introduction to relaxation techniques, ideal for beginners. Here and Now blends mindfulness, guided visualisation, breathwork, gentle movement, and energy work inspiration to help you feel calm, grounded, and more present. It’s the first step in the Relax and Realign series—and a great way to slow down, step into the here and now, and start reconnecting with yourself.

2 - CHANNELLING YOUR ENERGY
Direct your energy with purpose.
The second programme in the Relax and Realign series is designed to help you become more conscious of how you direct your energy and how you interact with the world around you. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation, and Vittoz-based mindfulness practices, you'll begin to notice where your energy goes—and how to channel it with greater clarity and intention.
Step into a calmer, more connected version of yourself as you start to move through life with more presence and purpose.

3 - BUILDING YOUR POWER BASE
Find your centre. Stand strong in your self.
In the third stage of the Relax and Realign series, you're invited to anchor yourself in a place of inner steadiness. Building Your Power Base focuses on uniting your mental, physical, and emotional energies into a grounded, centred whole.
Through breath awareness, sensory focus, relaxation and energy work, you'll concentrate your energy and explore how it feels to become still, self connected and steady, so that your choices come from clarity and strength and not from panic or struggle.

4 - MAKING SPACE
Release what no longer serves you. Make space for what’s next.
This fourth programme is about letting go—of old patterns, heavy emotions, and the parts of ourselves we’re ready to leave behind. Whether you're releasing the weight of past experiences or simply creating room for something new, Making Space offers a process of unwinding and releasing.
Through breathwork and relaxation, you’ll begin to clear what’s been clouding your light—allowing space for healing, and quiet transformation. Sometimes, we have to sit in stillness and let go, before we can move forward.

5 – YOUR CORE BEING
Uncover your essence.
In this fifth programme, the focus turns inward—to the heart of who you truly are. Your Core Being is an invitation to reconnect with your inner potential, uniqueness, and self-worth.
Let the light shine on your inner riches and begin to see your life as a living process of change, growth, and expansion. With your breath and through guided relaxations, uncover your essence with compassion, curiosity and respect.

6 - EXPRESSION
Create from your essence and live your truth.
The final programme in the Relax and Realign series is about bringing your fuller presence forward. Expression invites you to share your inner richness with creativity and courage. Develop your own practice of self-connection, self-acceptance and kind regard for all that you are.
Through breathwork and guided visualisations, let go of self-limitation and use your imagination and creativity to keep unfolding your full potential.

HOW TO MAKE A PLAN FOR POSITIVE CHANGE
This programme helps you to evaluate what is and isn’t working for you, and create a step by step plan for change. Whether you’re looking to stick to a new routine that you’re putting in place, or whether you’re considering significant life changes, this programme helps you uncover the thought patterns that may be holding you back and helps you develop a clear, practical plan to move forward. Over 12 weeks, you’ll make plans, build positive habits, track your progress, and being to make changes that are sustainable in the longer term. With the option of 1-to-1 support along the way.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT YOURSELF
Do you have dreams and does your heart yearn for something different? Then when you dare to dream big or make changes, your mind brings up negative, critical, or limiting thoughts that hold you back and keep you feeling small. Have you ever thought about why your mind does that? Where do those thoughts come from and how can you change them? This programme will help you start to shift the way you think and feel about yourself. You’ll learn to recognise the subconscious patterns that undermine your confidence and begin replacing them with more supportive, empowering thoughts.

HOW TO CAPTURE THE ESSENCE OF WHO YOU ARE
If you’ve always tended to put others’ needs before your own, or you’re empathetic or intuitive and pick up on others’ energies, you may feel a little bit disconnected from yourself and unsure about who you really are and what you stand for. We can spend years shifting and changing in order to respond to what other people need, and if we’re programmed to do that because of our childhood experiences, then it can take years to start to uncover and believe in our core strengths, values, and inner essence. This short programme will help you start to do just that.

Peaceful Preparation for Surgery
A personalised audio relaxation programme to support you emotionally and mentally in the lead-up to surgery.
Research has identified that while it's normal to be anxious before surgery, either because of your current health or because of the risks of surgery, high levels of anxiety may may be linked to a poorer recovery and health outcomes after surgery. Your body will have operative stress to recover from, so it makes sense to try and activate the healing, relaxation response in your body, rather than the stress response, in the weeks before and after your operation.
With Peace for Health, you’ll receive a calming, guided relaxation recording tailored to you—to listen to in the days and weeks before your procedure. I used this approach myself before undergoing brain surgery a couple of years ago and I believe it made a huge difference to how I felt.
